How to have a great break time

Actually Take a break.

Even if you don’t want to eat or rest and you have a pressing work demand, take a break.

Take a Walk

You could offer to run an errand that makes you walk. Move about, stretch your legs.

 

Call a Loved One

Step outside or into the conference room and make the call while pacing. This will be an added boost of energy before you head back to your desk.

 

Sleep

Take a 15-minute nap (in your car or somewhere else where no one can see you). You’ll feel much more awake and ready to bring more to the table after the short rest. This also cools you down

Something that gets you motivated and excited. Listen to a motivational talk, preaching etc.
