Tricep Push Ups
Place your hands on the floor shoulder width apart with your palms spread falt. stretch your legs out shoulder width apart too, resting your weight equally on your palms and heels. Now with your hands, inhale and pull up straight and hold for 10 seconds, then press back down to your starting position while exhaling.

Tricep Chair Dips
Place a chair or workout bench against the wall, and stand two feet away from the chair. Place your hands behind you, shoulder width apart and grip the edge of the chair with your palms and fingers. Vend your knees to a 90-degree angle push down by bending your elbows till your butt touches the floor, pull up to the starting position and repeat.

Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks
Rest your left leg and your left hand on an exercise bench, with your right leg on the floor, put a weight in your right hand and leave it straight down by your side. Tuck your tummy inside and inhale. Now extend the hand with the weight and move it back behind you as far as you can. Exhale while you bring it back to the start position. Repeat and then switch sides and do the same to the other hand.
